The Green effect Lawn Service is for approximately thirty cuts per year. There will be three cuts per month in the growing season, May through October and two cuts per month in the winter season, November through April. It will generally not be performed on weekends. It is a fourteen day cycle in the winter, and ten in the summer. In the event that the tenth day falls on a Saturday the cuttin g will generally occur on Friday. If it falls on a Sunday it will be moved up to Monday. The schedule will be kept perfectly except in the event of rain, hurricanes, etc. This action is to be done in a timely manner with all the necessary precautions of the home owner’s property. In the event that an item on the property is damaged Green Effect will reimburse, replace, or repair promptly.
